The architect of record for the project was Rafael de La-Hoz Castanys. De La-Hoz is an architect who puts his faith in the quality of forms. He defines himself as a humanist and his projects invariably reflect his focus on organizing space in a way that promotes human well-being. He directs an architectural studio that bears his name, staffed by a team of 85 professionals. Some of his most notable projects to date are BMW's headquarters in Madrid, the Bernia Golf development in Elda, Telefónica’s ‘Communications City’, and the Vigo Airport’s retail park.
