Glass is the main protagonist of the Endesa building. An enormous flat glass ‘skin’ of exceptional strength and rigidity allows natural light to reach all working spaces and covers a 3000-m2 atrium that acts as a transition space between the building’s interior and exterior.
The building includes:
-34,200 m2 (net) of office space on five levels
-24,000 m2 of lower-ground floor premises
-two floors of underground parking, with over 1,000 parking spaces
