Architects Serina Hijjas and Modh Amir Hamzah of the studio Hijjas Kasturi Associates SDN were in charge of carrying out the project.
Hijjas Kasturi Associates SDN Architects and Planners was founded in 1977 by Hijjas Kasturi and is regarded as being the main shaper of Kuala Lumpur’s skyline, having created such distinctive buildings as Dato Zainal, the Tabung Haji Tower, the ATENA Building, the MPPJ Tower, and the Menara Maybank Headquarters.
