Dinapala acquires Figueras

Since a few months ago, Figueras Seating is owned by Dinapala, a holding company owned by Jorge Tornini.

Dinapala, a group now formed by 13 companies, wishes to strengthen and enhance the relationships with its clients, prescribers and collaborators , as well as to maximize the synergies between the companies of the Group, among which Resol, Leds C4, Carandini or Bover stand out.  In addition, this acquisition reinforces Dinapala's position within the Contract sector.
