Théâtre de Dreux

Architects

Description

The architectural firm Clé Millet International was commissioned to restore the splendour of the Dreux theatre. To do this, the team of architects researched to be as faithful as possible to the 1910 building and to recover the architectural elements of the period, without neglecting the updating of the scenic elements and the stalls.

The theatre, which was used as a party hall for many years, recovered its auditorium. The refurbishment was used to install a Mutarail seating system, which allows the rows of seats to be stored under the stage and the auditorium to be configured according to the activity taking place at any given time.

The chosen seat, the Minispace 5064, upholstered in an eye-catching red colour, is one of the most compact and versatile seats in the Figueras catalogue, and stands out for its comfort and adaptability to Figueras’ mobile systems.
